An additional Same Day Service surcharge applies for same day execution. The additional Same Day Service surcharge is: 180.50 € net + 34.30 € VAT (19%) 214,80 € gross

Please note:

Online service requests that customers wish to have carried out by a service technician on the day the request is made must be received by GEZE Service by 14:30 on working days. Furthermore, online requests submitted between 14:30 on Friday and midnight on Sunday will not be processed until the following working day. Our service staff are available outside normal working hours and on Sundays and public holidays via the GEZE 24-hour service hotline. GEZE 24-hour service hotline: +49-1802-9233-92 (€0.06 per call from all German networks).

GEZE Service will record the cause of the fault and any associated warranty claim against GEZE or GEZE Service on site. Please provide us with your proof of purchase.

If the cause lies outside the warranty obligation of GEZE or GEZE Service, you will be invoiced for the costs of the inspection, including travel costs. If a warranty claim can already be ruled out in advance (e.g. claim already time-barred, on-site inspection excludes a material defect), we hereby inform you that the fault can be rectified directly at your expense (if it can be rectified directly). GEZE Service is entitled to scrap defective products, which are removed for the purpose of checking any warranty claims, independently and at its own expense, without the need for separate approval. I hereby confirm today that I agree to relinquish ownership of the product to be checked.
