Online returns / complaints form

With our online returns and complaints form, we offer you an additional way to quickly and easily register your complaint or goods return if you do not have access to our GEZE Online Return Portal. Please complete the form in full, download the submission form in the final step, and include it with the goods when returning them. An additional GEZE return slip is not required. Returns sent without the submission form cannot be processed.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for using our online portal to submit your complaint / return.
We have received your return form.

If this is a complaint without return of goods, we will review the matter immediately and get in touch with you.

For a complaint with return of goods, we kindly ask you to send the goods to us within 14 calendar days together with the completed return form (see attachment) to:

Once the inspection of the goods has been completed, we will inform you of the result.
