Version Update GEZE Field Service App

Overview

You are a GEZE Service Partner and use the browser-based GEZE Field Service App to process and report back the service orders assigned to you (maintenance, repairs, installations). 

When you synchronize the worklist, you receive one of the following messages:  

To download the new version of the GEZE Field Service App, you must clear your browser cache.  

Please proceed as follows, depending on the browser you are using:  

  • Google Chrome
  • Safari

Delete Browser Caches

Google Chrome

In the Google Chrome via the menu "Customize and control Google Chrome" (top right) the function "Clear browsing data ...":

Another dialog opens. There mark the two yellow checklist entries (either in basic mode or extended mode), make sure to choose "All time" and then click on the button "Clear date": 

Safari

iPad

Navigate to the settings app of your mobile device and search for Safari.

Within the Safari settings, please choose "Clear History and Website Data". 

iPhone

Navigate to the settings app of your mobile device and search for Safari.

Within the Safari settings, please choose "Clear History and Website Data".
